Please notice that to place a bid, you must:

If your bid is the highest, your credits will be deducted automatically, and if the following bidder offers a higher bid than you, the deducted credits will be returned to you immediately.
Please fill in your address, email, and phone number so that our staff can contact them to confirm (by email or by phone). If you enter incorrect information which leads to a failure to claim the prize(s), IGG doesn't bear any responsibility for this. (We won't give away prizes a second time)

The winner list will be announced on our official websites 1 week after the auctions ends.

NOTE:
The left time will be decided by the last bidder— once a player has offered a new bid, the left time will be 3 days from the moment that he/she has offered the bid.
1. IGG doesn't bear any responsibility for the after-service of all 'real' prizes.
2. If you are caught cheating, your qualifications will be cancelled.
3. Players should refer to our website for final information about the product.
4. If a certain type of prize is unavailable for some reason, IGG has the right to replace it with another one of equal value.
